Delivery of your order
We use a range of trusted delivery partners to ship orders within the UK and internationally, including UPS, TNT, FedEx, DHL/UK Mail, and Parcelforce. Most deliveries require a signature, as all consignments are fully insured, and a signature allows us to confirm safe delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery the next working day, leave the parcel with a nearby neighbour (with a signature), or take it to a local collection point. While a calling card is usually left, this does not always happen, so we strongly recommend tracking your order using the link provided.
As many of our items are made to order to ensure consistency in fabric batches, particularly for multiple-item orders, our usual production time is around five to seven working days. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive the next working day, while international deliveries can take between three and ten days depending on location and customs clearance.
If you request that your order be left in a safe place, such as a porch or garage, this instruction will be passed to the carrier; however, responsibility for the parcel then transfers to the customer. Any loss or damage in these circumstances must be taken up with the carrier or your own insurer. Customers often choose to use a work address or a trusted neighbour for delivery, or notify us in advance if they will be away.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delays caused by customs or unpaid charges are beyond our control. If charges are not paid and goods are returned or disposed of, any resulting costs will be passed on to the customer.
