Lead Time & Dispatch Information
Almost all of the products featured on our website are made by us, and due to the wide variety of designs, sizes, colours, and backing options available, most items are produced specifically to order. This approach ensures consistency, particularly with faux fur and other fabrics that can vary slightly from batch to batch.
By making items together, we’re able to achieve the closest possible colour match when customers order multiple pieces in the same design. Despite this bespoke approach, orders move quickly through our workshops, with textile items typically completed within 5 to 7 working days. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. UK mainland deliveries are usually attempted on the next working day.
If you’re purchasing an item as a gift for a special occasion, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm lead times.
During busy periods, especially in the run-up to Christmas, lead times may increase slightly as couriers can also experience delays. International delivery times are often influenced by customs clearance in the destination country, which we are unable to control.
